The California Affiliation of Property Inspectors (CAPI) is a directory of the finest trained and most experienced professional Property Inspectors serving both buyers and sellers of California real estate. For an inspector to be listed in CAPI they must have spent a minimum of 10 years or more as a full time professional property inspector and/or conducted a minimum of 3,000 property inspections. All of the inspectors listed in the CAPI directory perform single family homes, multiple residential units and commercial property inspections and many have served as both leaders and mentors in state and/or national professional inspection associations.
Most of the CAPI inspectors have backgrounds in construction related fields and are responsible for training and educating others in the real estate inspection industry.
